BodyTalk combines information from Traditional practices (like TCM and Ayurveda) with advances in modern science (like epigenetics and neuroscience), to help your body heal itself.

If you’re new to me, here’s a bit about my own background. 

I was introduced to BodyTalk as a teenager, when my mom was diagnosed with a bone marrow cancer.  

After recieving BodyTalk for many years, and watching my mom's healing process, I was fascinated enough to start studying it once I graduated college.  

I became one of the youngest Advanced BodyTalk Practitioners, and I continue to take courses in BodyTalk and other modalities to expand how I practice. I'm endlessly inspired by learning about how the body works and heals. 

The series draws on this background, as well as other tools I’ve learned over the years, to help you have the resources you need to be able to be in your heart at all times. 

We all get out of alignment with ourselves and our hearts once in awhile.

  • The world convinces us we need to “be rational”
  • We get caught up in over-thinking or worrying
  • We’re avoiding painful feelings in the heart

This is why creating a practice of continuously checking in with your alignment with your heart is so important.

1. How long will I have access to the meditations?

2. I'm really busy! Will I have time to do this?

I so get it! That's why I made it so you'll have lifetime access to both the meditations and the recording of the session. This way, you can go through everything at your own pace. 


4. How long will it take to do the daily meditations?

On average, the meditations are about 10 minutes long. I’d recommend setting aside 15-20 minutes a day so you can create the space to make it a relaxing experience.
