She's currently pursuing a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine to augment her practice.

Along with the shifts and changes in the natural world, our own inner rhythm attunes with the energy around us, inviting us to focus on certain themes in both our physical and emotional body at particular times of year.
The Daoist origins of Traditional Chinese Medicine, rooted in centuries of observation of the natural world and the inner landscape, gives us great insight into what these seasonal themes are.
In Spring, there's an incredible potential energy, waiting to burst forward.
With intention, you can harness this momentum to clear out old patterns, deeply rebalance, cleanse and clear your body and mind, and have the energy and clarity to move forward on your path with more and more ease.

This is the perfect time for a deep Spring cleaning and decluttering of your body.
Balanced Anger:
Anger, like every emotion, is meant to play an important role in your body.
Anger tends to get a bad rap. It's often seen as a negative emotion that needs to be hidden or controlled.
However, when anger is in balance, it's a powerful catalyst for healing.
Anger alerts you to when your boundaries are violated.
It lets you know when you're witnessing or experiencing injustice.
It creates the energy of movement for other emotions to flow through and be released...grief, fear, sadness, etc.
When we let anger move, it helps us create healthy boundaries.
This isn't just important for balanced health, it's what keeps us in alignment with ourselves, so we have the energy and the clarity to stay on our path.
When anger is out of balance, however, it can get in our way....
...anger that doesn't have a clear pathway out of the body can turn into resentment, frustration, or depression.
...it can become explosive and lead to outbursts that leave us exhausted and disoriented...
...or, it can get repressed and be pushed more and more deeply into the body, causing problems for Liver health, digestion, and overall vitality.
In Spring, we're especially able to work on these themes of balancing anger, and creating boundaries.
This rebalancing also helps decongest the Liver. Anger has a special affinity for the Liver, so clearing out old unexpressed anger gives your Liver more energy to support you.
We'll also work directly with any breakdowns in your Liver's metabolic pathways, so we can make sure this important organ is working as efficiently as possible.
This will help your body clear out any backlog of toxins and waste so you can feel effortlessly light, cleansed and clear.
Each month, beginning on the Equinox, we'll meet live online for a powerful re-balancing of your body and mind around themes of healthy boundaries, aligning with your power, balancing anger, harmonizing detox pathways, and harnessing the energy and clarity needed to be on your path.
These sessions are based in BodyTalk, a modality that combines aspects of ancient healing techniques (like Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda) with insights from modern science (such as neuroscience and epigenetics) to help your body heal itself.
In each session, I'll lead you through tapping, visualization and breathing exercises that help you release the impact of old experiences, settle into parasympathetic/ "rest and healing" mode, and access your own inner sense of calm.
While we'll focus on specific Spring themes, the sessions are based on our collective needs in the moment.
We harness the connection between the body and mind to create overall balance so you can experience a greater sense of ease, comfort and flow.
If you've ever been part of a group meditation, you know how powerful collective work can be. These group sessions take on a depth and dimension of their own.
I'm always amazed at what we do in our time together.
In addition to these live sessions, at the beginning of each month, I send you intention-setting exercises to help remind you to regularly tune in with yourself, get clear on how you're doing, and set goals for your health and wellbeing.
These emails will have affirmations for the month, along with themes to reflect on, so you can align your awareness with the changes you want to create during this 3-month experience.

Each month we set intentions and build resources and momentum around a certain focus. This focus emerges from what we most need collectively, and will be based on Spring themes.
While these are the general themes each month, the actual content of the sessions is based on our collective needs in the moment. We will co-create what the healing looks like, based on the needs and intentions of our Circle members.

Equinox Session-March 20th: Clear out old patterns.
This session will help you let go of patterns and habits that don't benefit you. We'll harness the energy of the Equinox and the growing light to illuminate shadows and release the impact of the past so we can move forward.

Final session-May 17th: Integration
Building on the momentum of the previous 2 months, your body will be ready for profound change. BodyTalk sessions have cumulative effects, so this will be an opportunity to go deep.
We'll use this time to integrate the work we've done and set a new foundation for lasting balance for your body, mind, and spirit.

How long are the live healings events?
Each live session will be about one hour long.
Is this a cleanse?
While we will be balancing detox pathways in the Liver and helping your body optimize the way it deals with toxins, this is not a food-based program. We'll be doing body, mind, spirit balancing to help your body be at its best.
However, a 7 Day Sugar-Free Meditation challenge is included FREE for the Spring Circle, so, if you feel like doing a diet-cleanse during the Spring, these meditations will help support you!

I'm in the Southern hemisphere, so it's not Spring. Does that mean I shouldn't join?
Even if it isn't Spring where you are, this is still a good time for you to focus on these themes.
As the seasons and our bodies ebb and flow, there is both a peak and a valley for each aspect of our physiology.
While Spring is the "peak" season to work on your Liver and boundaries etc, the Fall is the equal but opposite time, the "valley."
This way, you nourish the root of the aspects of the body that are in their peak during the Fall by supporting these Spring themes.
The wood of Spring (Liver, GB) balances the Metal (Lung and Large Intestine) of Fall.
It's a wonderful way to do foundational work for your body.
What if I've done a Spring Series with you before? Should I join again?
